Before you apply

What are the qualifications?

  1. The grantee must be a bona fide resident of Barangay Matandang Balara.
  2. Only applicants who will take, and are eligible to take, their examination from January to April 2026 are qualified. The listed examinations are those whose applications open this December or earlier. This form will be updated as applications for other examinations open.
  3. The grantee must be a college student or graduate.
